How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are packed in hard back envelopes or book wraps and sent within 1 week of payment. If you require an urgent delivery, please email me at info@jccandanedo.com before completing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request. This may be subject to an extra shipping cost which will be agreed with you before sending.

What are you UK shipping options?

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and will be delivered within 2 business days of receiving the shipping notification.

Do you ship internationally?

I sure do! Prices vary based on location. When you get to checkout, you can put in your delivery address and find out how much it'll cost to ship to your country (shipping prices start from £12.50).

International delivery times are:

  • For Europe: 5-10 business days

  • For Rest of World: 15-20 business days

EU customers, please note VAT may apply on delivery. Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, deliveries outside of the UK are only made to the following countries:

How can I return something?

Sorry to hear that you're not happy with your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received a faulty item and would like to return it, please contact me at info@jccandanedo.com providing your order number, reason for return and supporting images within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping costs won't be reimbursed.

Can I cancel an order?

If you'd like to cancel your order for any reason, this must be done before you receive the shipping notification email of your order. Once the order is shipped, I’m unable to cancel it and it should be treated as a return (see How can I return something?).

Who printed the book?

The book was printed at Park Lane Press, a sustainable and low-impact business.

What materials were used in the making of the book?

  • The cover and belly bands of the full-price book were made with 25% recycled fibres, cotton fibres and pure environmentally friendly fibres, FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certified.

  • The cover of the Pay What You Can book was made using Kraftpack, which is PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) certified, made from 100% unbleached virgin kraft fibre and is fully recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.

  • The text was printed on paper produced to environmental standards: FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, Elemental Chlorine Free, Eagle certification (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental impact).

  • The book binding is wire stitched (stapled), which can be removed for recycling.

What materials are used in the shipping of the book?

  • The boxes are 40% recycled boxboard and can be fully recycled. The glassine bags for the prints are 100% paper, completely uncoated, fully recyclable and compostable. The clear seals for the belly bands were made in the UK from cellulose, they are fully biodegradable and compostable even including the adhesive.

  • The book wrap mailers used for shipping the boxes are manufactured from corrugated cardboard and are 100% recyclable. The fibres from corrugated fibreboard can be recycled up to 25 times. The paper wrap used to protect the boxes is an environmentally friendly alternative to bubble wrap and is 100% recycled, and is also 100% recyclable with biodegradable materials.

  • The board backed envelopes for shipping the books are fully recyclable.
